珍珠粉中元素成分分析标准物质证书详情

一、样品制备

选用产地为海南的珍珠粉为原料，将采集的合格珍珠粉样品，整理后去除不合要求的部分，采用热风干燥（60℃烘24h）方式进行脱水，干燥完成后置入高铝瓷球磨机中粉碎至粒径小于180μm占90%以上，反复用30目筛混4-6遍再返回球磨机混磨8h（粒径小于180μm占98%以上）后出样，分装于高密度聚乙烯塑料瓶中，分装后用60Co辐照灭活。

二、溯源性及定值方法

使用满足计量学要求的测量方法、计量标准和计量器具，保证标准物质特性量的溯源性。定值分析方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）、电感耦合等离子体光谱法（ICP-AES）、X射线荧光光谱法（XRF）、原子荧光光谱法（AFS）、分光光度法（COL）、容量法（VOL）、凯氏定氮法（KTN）和离子选择性电极法（ISE）。

标准值的扩展不确定度主要由均匀性、稳定性、多家定值等不确定度合成。定值测试单位：北京北方伟业计量技术研究院、国家地质实验测试中心、安徽省地质实验研究所、国土资源部南京矿产资源监督检测中心、华北有色地质勘查局燕郊中心实验室、浙江省地质矿产研究所、四川省地矿局成都综合岩矿测试中心、核工业二三〇研究所、福建省地质测试研究中心、河南省岩石矿物测试中心、河北省地质实验测试中心。

四、均匀性检验及稳定性考察

本标准物质量值自定值之日起，有效期192月,研制单位将继续跟踪监测该标准物质的稳定性，有效期内如发现量值变化，将及时通知用户。

五、包装、储存及使用

包装:本标准物质采用高密度聚乙烯塑料瓶包装,规格25g携带或运输时应有防碎裂保护。储存及使用:样品应放在室温（＜26℃）干燥和避光处保存。本标准物质的标准值是在60℃，烘干4h后进行测试，使用时应参照该条件。使用后应立即盖紧密封，置于干燥器皿内避光短期保存。开封后请尽快使用，如发现霉变应停止使用。本标准物质的最小取样量均为300mg。
